A SALUTE TO THE ORGANIZER

Once again, I would like to congratulate Mr. Joseph Yap for another successful event. This thing could not have happened without the supports of groups and people who believes in his passion and sacrifices.

As the Organizer of MS-OLR, J.Y. is solely responsible for the financing of the loft constructions and its continuous improvements. On the other hand, there are BODs who handles the operations of OLR.

Mr. Vicente Ngo

As a BOD of MS-OLR, we have each advanced 50K for the start up operations. After the 3rd season, we have not fully gotten back our advances yet. We fully understood the situations as the primary objective of the MS-OLR is to promote Racing Pigeon Sports in a different form. To allow Fanciers to test their birds in a different environment and to provide a venue for those who are busy with their works. After the success in the 4th season, we are thankful to our Lord for all the blessings. The little sacrifices by each and every BOD is rewarded with the fruit of success, the enjoyment and camaraderie that we were able to provide to all participants.

Every year, we made some adjustments and continue to improve ourselves. Yes, we know that we can't pleased everyone, but even with a meager resources, we do our best to make the MS-OLR reach a greater height and be recognized as a world class OLR in the Philippines.
